By accessing this shop or making a purchase, you agree to the following Terms of Service. These terms apply to all customers, visitors, and anyone interacting with this business.

2. Products & Descriptions

I do my best to provide accurate photos, descriptions, and sizing information for all items. Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting, and fabric variations. Handmade or small‑batch items may have minor differences consistent with normal production.

3. Order Policy

All sales are final. This shop does not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. I triple‑check each order before shipping, and if an issue occurs due to my mistake, I will make it right.

Customers are responsible for reviewing product details, sizing, and personalization information before placing an order.

4. Shipping

Once an order is shipped, responsibility transfers to the shipping carrier. I am not liable for:

• Delays caused by the carrier

• Lost or stolen packages

• Incorrect addresses provided at checkout

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for reshipment costs.

5. Intellectual Property

All designs, artwork, product photos, and written content are the exclusive property of Kearsten Prints. They may not be copied, reproduced, resold, or used without written permission.

6. Payment & Billing

By completing a purchase, you confirm that:

• You are authorized to use the payment method provided

• All billing information is accurate

• You agree to pay all charges associated with your order

Fraudulent or suspicious orders may be canceled at my discretion.

7. Limitation of Liability

This shop is not responsible for:

• Misuse or improper care of garments

• Allergic reactions to materials or inks

• Wear‑and‑tear from normal use

Products are intended for general, everyday wear.
